摘要
文章在探讨并简要理清我国公司法人人格否认制度理论研究现状的同时,提出公司法人人格混同的概念,进而分析其与公司法人人格否认制度之间的相互关系,以期引起各界对公司法人人格混同问题的深入研究,完善我国的公司法人制度。
This article firstly organizes and analyses the theoretic research condition in China, and then proposes the concept about confusion of corporation together with the analysis of the relation and differences between confusion of corporation and disregard of corporation. There will be deeper research based on this article to perfect our country＇s incorporation system.
