摘要
用粉末冶金法成功地制备了短碳纤维-镀铜石墨-铜基复合材料,对其体积密度、电阻率、硬度、抗弯强度和摩擦磨损性能进行了测试,观察了它们的显微组织、断口和磨面形貌,并与石墨-铜、镀铜石墨-铜基复合材料进行了对比。结果表明,镀铜碳纤维-镀铜石墨-铜基复合材料的各项性能,明显优于石墨-铜、镀铜石墨-铜基复合材料。
Carbon fiber/copper-coated graphite/copper matrix composites had been made by the method of powder metallurgy. The properties of the composites, such as volume density,resistivity, hardness, bending strength and tribological behavior, were tested. The microstructure, fracture and wearing surface were observed under the scanning electron microscope. The properties were compared with graphite-copper and copper-coated graphite/copper matrix composites of the same quantity of graphite. The results show that the properties of the carbon fiber/copper-coated graphite/copper matrix composites are increased much more remarkably than those of the graphite-copper and copper-coated graphite/copper matrix composites.
