摘要
采用pH梯度法制备氧化苦参碱脂质体,以包封率为主要指标,利用均匀设计法优选制备条件。用RP-HPLC法测定透析液中的药物浓度,透射电子显微镜考察形态与粒径。结果表明,制剂平均包封率为(50.18±2.87)%,平均粒径162nm。
Oxymatrine liposomes were prepared by pH-gradient method. The formulation and preparation were optimized by the uniform design method with encapsulation efficiency of liposomes as the parameter. The drug concentration of the dialyzate was determined by RP-HPLC. Transmission electron microscopy was performed for examining the appearance and the diameter of the liposomes. The results showed that the average encapsulation efficiency and the mean diameter of the product were (50.18 ± 2.87) % and 162 nm, respectively.
