摘要
通过不同类型、不同来源的香稻与非香稻品种(材料)之间杂交,采用KOH法鉴定杂交组合双亲、F1、F2植株叶片的香味,统计F2植株无香味对香味的分离比率。结果表明:水稻香味性状是受一对隐性主效基因所控制。
By using the techniques of crossing between the fragrant and non fragrant varieties in rice from different types as background,the aroma of rice leaves of P 1,P 2,F 1,F 2,was identified by means of KOH solution method.According to statistics about the segregation ratio of fragrant to non fragrant in F 2.The results showed that aroma was mainly controlled by a couple of recessive genes.It was also discussed about how to utilize this character in breeding of rice.
