摘要
液压脉冲试验台是有规律的产生液压水锤波、考核飞机液压元件寿命的重要设备;为了控制产生水锤波和完整观察水锤波的全过程,不出现数据遗漏,综合了水锤波升率大、变化快的特点,以及PXI总线的诸多优点和先进性,提出了一种利用PXI总线技术开发的液压脉冲试验测控系统;利用该系统可对多种试验件进行水锤波、梯形波和正弦波等多种波形试验,并可对多个测点的流体压力、流量和温度变化进行详细观察和完整记录;实践证明该系统具有采集速度高、造价低、可扩展性强的特点。
Hydraulic impulse test platform is an important equipment which creates hydraulic water hammer wave and test the lifetime of hydraulic component of airplane. In order to control the production of water hammer and observe the complete process of water hammer, the article presents a hydraulic impulse measurement and control system based PXI bus technique after analyzing the characteristic of water hammer wave whose slop is great and alternation is fast and the advantage of PXI. The system is able to test various waves including water hammer wave, trapezium wave and sin wave to various test components, In addition to the system can also observe and record fluid pressure, flow and temperature to various point of measurement. It is showed that the system is high speed of data acquisition , low cost and easier to expand.
