摘要
节能和环保的发展趋势要求润滑油具有更好的耐高温氧化性能,吩噻嗪衍生物是近年来研究较多的高温抗氧剂.采用4,4′-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基-丁基)-二苯胺和硫反应合成了3,7-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基-丁基)-吩噻嗪.利用HPLC对反应进行了跟踪,并用HPLC-M S、TLC、1H NM R、13C NM R和元素分析对反应的产物和副产物的结构进行了分析确认.用正交试验方法对反应条件进行了优化,优化后目标产物的产率可达91%.产物经应用实验证明,其抗氧性优于4,4′-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基-丁基)-二苯胺.
With higher requirements of energy efficiency and emission control, there is a need to improve the anti-oxidation performance of lubricants at high temperature. Phenothiazine derivatives are researched more and more as efficient antioxidants at high temperature in recent years. An antioxidant 3,7-di-(1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-butyl)-phenothiazine was synthesized by reacting 4,4'-di-(1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-butyl)-diphenylamine with sulfur. The reaction was traced by HPLC, and the structure of products and vice-products were analyzed by HPLC-MS, TLC, ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR. The condition of reaction was optimized by orthogonal test, the yield of the object product was enhanced to 91% through orthogonal test. The performance tests show that 3,7-di-(1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-butyl)-phenothiazine is a better antioxidant than 4,4′-di- (1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-butyl) -diphenylamine.
