摘要
为了分析比较Sol-Gel法制备Ce掺杂TiO2过程中工艺及参数对其光催化性能的影响,采用正交试验方法并结合XRD、XPS、PL等测试仪器,系统地研究了制备工艺参数对Ce-TiO2微观结构、宏观性能的影响,阐述了三者之间之间的联系。结果表明:掺杂浓度、凝胶陈化时间两个因素主要影响杂质能级的形成,烧结温度、保温时间主要影响样品的晶型与晶粒尺寸,这些因素共同决定了样品的光谱响应与光催化降解性能。研究结果为高效光催化剂的工业生产提供了理论指导。
In this article,the orthogonal experimental method combined with XRD,XPS,and PL measurements is adopted to analyze and compare the effect of preparations of Sol-Gel method on Ce-TiO2 photocatalyst.The relationships between preparation conditions,microstructure,and macro-performances of Ce-TiO2 photocatalyst are then systematically investigated.The results suggest that the doping concentration and gel ageing time determinate the formation of the impurity energy level;and that annealing temperature and heat preservation time determinate the crystal phase and size of the sample.These factors collectively determinate light spectrum response and photocatalytic activity of Ce-TiO2 photocatalyst.The results of this study provide a theoretical guide for the future efficient industrial production of photocatalyst.
