摘要
外部环境持续不断的变动、内部因素复杂性与不确定性的增加等,让时刻面临着各种变化的管理者们感受到更多的压力和风险的存在,企业高层管理者如何在充满变数的外部环境中把握先机、如何及时调整战略方向、如何确保内部管理体制与包括人力资源在内的各种资源能够高效率地配合企业的变革,对所有管理人员都是巨大的挑战。通过总结前人的研究成果,本文尝试对企业人力资源管理中的风险因素提出新的分类方法,同时结合人力资源管理领域的新方法和风险管理的部分工具,期望在引起人们对人力资源相关风险重视的同时,提出更有针对性和实用性的人力资源风险应对建议。
Today's managers can perceive more and more pressures and risks because of the variable ongoing changes in external environment and the increased complexity and uncertainty in internal organization. Therefore, they have to face the challenge such as how to catch the opportunity in a changing environment, how to ensure the internal management system incl. tangible and intangible resources keep up with the business development etc. Based on some other people' s research this thesis tries to outline a new category of human resource related risks. Besides, some new HR management tools and risk management tools are applied in order to analyze and control the risks more effectively.
