摘要
介绍我国高校知识产权保护的现状,分析我国高校知识产权保护存在的问题及其产生的原因,提出解决高校知识产权保护问题的对策。
This paper reviews the status quo of intellectual property protection in China＇s higher education institutions, analyzes its problems and the causes for these problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for intellectual property protection in China＇s higher education institutions.
