摘要
目的减缓膜污染同时更好地处理造纸废水.方法实验选用一体式膜生物反应器法处理造纸废水,并在反应器中投加具有吸附性能的滑石粉,滑石粉用0.1 mm孔径的筛网筛出,其投加量为1.2 g/L.结果实验结果表明,在水力停留时间不变的条件下,污泥质量浓度逐渐增大出水CODCr的含量逐渐降低,当污泥质量浓度达到10 g/L以上时,废水CODCr的去除率可达到90%以上.滑石粉的投加降低了泥水混合液的黏性,形成的污泥颗粒较大较松散,减缓了泥饼层的形成.结论滑石粉的吸附作用对造纸废水中难降解的有机物大分子的去除起到了良好的促进作用,减缓了膜污染,在膜生物反应器中投加滑石粉具有可行性.
In order to better slow down membrane fouling and treat papermaking wastewater better, we added 1200mg/L powder talcum to the membrane bioreactor. The result of this test showed when the hydraulic retain time is stable ,CODcr content of effluent becomes lower and lower as the sludge concentration increases. When the sludge concentration reached 10g/L, the removal rate of CODCr reached 90%. The talc powder reduced the viscosity of mixture liquid, sludge grains were much bigger and looser, so it slowed down the formation of cake layers, compares to the former test without powder talcum, membrane resistance had been greatly reduced. Meanwhile, the powder talcum promoted the remove effect of organic molecular in papermaking wastewater, it slowed down membrane fouling. It' s feasible to add powder talcum in membrane bioreactor.
