摘要
在我国高等教育发展规模的持续扩大、高校的招生数量也不断增加的背景下,如何提高教学质量,对教学质量如何实施有效的监控,成为社会各界及高校本身广泛关注的问题。从高校管理角度出发,构建教学质量监控闭环体系,无疑可以增强学校教学工作自我约束、自我诊断、自我发展的能力,从而确保教学质量的逐步提高。本文提出将高校作为一个相对独立的环境,构建教学质量监控闭环体系。以现代管理理念为依据,建立高校教学质量监控闭环机制;科学运行、分组实施,实现高校教学质量监控闭环体系的最大功效。
With the increasing student enrollment at China's universities and colleges, the student population is on the rise each year. How to improve and monitor teaching quality has been a concern in .society and institutions of higher learning in China. From the perspective of administration, setting up a feedback loop system in teaching quality monitoring can definitely strengthen the abilities of self-restraint, self-diagnosis and self-development for higher education and ensure the steady improvement of teaching quality. The paper proposes constructing a feedback loop system in teaching quality monitoring with institutions of higher learning as a relatively independent environment. Based upon the modern management conception, the principles of the intended feedback loop can be ascertained, and positive maximal effects from that feedback loop can also be achieved.
