摘要
用原子吸收、原子荧光光谱法测定灵芝中铅、镉、砷、汞的含量,取得了较满意的效果,新方法的加样回收率在98~110%,精密度(RSD)小于3.0%.与传统的比色法相比,新法灵敏度高、重现性好、干扰小、容易操作.
Lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercy in Ganoderma sp. have been determined by atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy and satisfactory results are obtained. The recovery of the standard addition was in the range of 98 ~110% ,and the RSD were less than 3.0%. Compared with the traditional method, the method have high intelligent degree and good repetition,small interference and easy operation.
