摘要
灵芝属真菌具有很高的药用价值从而得到广泛的研究与应用,而多糖类化合物是灵芝属真菌的主要化学成分之一,因此对多糖类化合物的深入研究将有利于进一步研究灵芝属真菌的药理活性及其应用.综述了国内外近年来对灵芝多糖的化学结构、多糖的组成、部分多糖的分子量、药理作用及其结构与药理之间的关系等研究的近况,拟对其灵芝资源的深入开发起到促进作用.
There are many research works on Ganoderma lucidum which has high value on medicine. Research on Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides which is one of the main effective component in Ganoderma lucidum is good application of the chemical constituents and pharmacy activity of Ganoderma lucidum. This paper provides a comprehensive survey on research of polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum in the world, introduces chemical structures, constitutes, pharmacy activity, the relation between structures and pharmacy activity and present molecular weight among these polysaccharides. These studies can advance the research and development of the resources of Ganodma Lucidum.
