摘要
在普通汽车用PVC塑溶胶的基础上,利用氯乙烯一醋酸乙烯共聚糊树脂(PVCAc)对塑溶胶进行改性,获得了在室温约20~100℃较宽温域内具有较好阻尼性能的密封胶。介绍了密封胶的高分子基体材料的组成、增塑剂用量、填料用量、增粘剂的选择及其用量对密封胶性能的影响。
A automobile sealant,with excellent damping property in quite a wide temperature range from 20 ℃ to 100 ℃, was derived from the modification of PVC plastic sol, on the basis of general automobile PVC plastic sol. The influences of properties of the sealant system, which were caused by the composition of polymer matrix of the sealant system, filler dosage, selection of some anchoring agents and their dosage, plasticizer dosage, were discussed.
