摘要
采用正交设计法,研究了合成以CR为基础的三元接枝共聚胶粘剂的较佳配方和工艺条件。试验结果表明:第二单体的选择对粘接强度影响很大,以AM作为第二单体所得接枝共聚物对PVC具有优异的粘接性能。根据正交表极差分析确定,胶粘剂的配方以MMA 80 PHR,BPO 0.9 PHR,采用AM作为第二单体,80℃下反应为好。在此条件下,胶粘剂剥离强度达到105.8 N/2.5cm(PVC/PVC人造革)。此外,还探讨了引发剂BPO的添加方式对剥离强度的影响。
Abstract: The synthesis and adhesive strength of neoprene-based three-component graft copolymer ad- hesive have been investigated by using the Latin square design. The results show that the selection of second monomer has great effects on the adhesive strength. Good adhesion for PVC can be obtained if AM is used as the second monomer. According to the experimental result, the optimum formula is MMA 80 PHR, BPO 0.9 PHR, with AM as the second monomer, and the reaction should be carried out at 80℃.On this condition, the peel strength can reach 105.8N/2.5 cm for PVC/PVC artificial leather. Besides, the effects of different ways of addition of the initiator BPO in the copolymerization on the peel strength are discussed.
