摘要
鼻咽癌的标准治疗方法是放射治疗,但超过60%的患者确诊时已属局部晚期或晚期,单纯放疗后的局部复发率及远处转移率较高。鼻咽癌也是化疗敏感性肿瘤,放疗联合应用化疗可显著改善局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效,近年来的研究也表明以同步放化疗的治疗方式有益于提高总生存率及无瘤生存率,而放疗前新辅助化疗及放疗后辅助化疗作用尚不明确。本文综述了近年来局部晚期鼻咽癌放疗加化疗综合治疗的现状及研究进展。
The standard therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is radiation therapy, but the symptoms for more than 60% of patients are of local advanced or advanced stage. Local metastasis and distance after single radiotherapy are high. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is also a chemotherapy-sensitive tumor and radiation therapy in combination with chemotherapy can significantly improve the efficacy of the local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Research in the past few years can indicated, too, that the mode of treatment with synchronous radio-chemotherapy does benefit to the improvement of total survivals and tumor-free survival, whereas the roles of adjuvant chemotherapy before and after radiotherapy is not clear yet. This study summarized the current situation and progression in radiotherapy plus chemotherapy on local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
