摘要
在漫长而复杂的俄罗斯外交发展中,地缘政治因素、东西方双向外交战略、宗教救世主义给其外交打上传统的烙印。传统因素使俄外交在动态中延续着,并凸显出俄罗斯外交的特征。传统因素既成为我们解读俄外交发展轨迹的切入点,还为展望俄外交走向提供更具解释力的框架。
It are geopolitics, bidirectional diplomatic strategy between East and West and Orthodox Salvationism that have contributed the traditional characteristics of the foreign policy of Russia in the long and complex Russian diplonmatic history. The traditional dements make the development of foreign policy of Russia in dyrnamic state and indicate the feature of foreign policy of Russia. The traditional elements become not only the way that we can inquire the developed orbit of Russian diplomacy, but also provide the interpretative frame that we can look into the future of foreign policy of Russia.
