摘要
俄罗斯由于其具有欧亚结合部的文明和地缘特点 ,因此 ,拥有十分独特的外交文化 ,即 :西方化和东方情结 ,不安全感和扩张、大国意识 ,意识形态和历史使命感 ,均势外交和强权。冷战后 ,国际环境、实力、地缘环境的变化 ,俄罗斯的外交文化受到很大冲击 。
Because their Eurasian civilization and geo- characteristics, Russia has very unique diplomatic culture, namely: the westernization and eastern feeling, sense of insecurity and expanding, big country's consciousness, ideological and historical sense of calling, pursuing the balance of diplomacy and power. Influenced by the change of international environment, strength, and geo-environment after the cold war, Russia diplomatic culture is meeting challenges, its foreign policy has clear marks of the era.
