摘要
目的了解药物不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及引发的相关因素,促进临床合理用药。方法对浙江省立同德医院2001—2004年上报浙江省药品不良反应监测中心的ADR报告共189份进行统计分析。结果189例ADR主要与患者年龄偏大、患者用药7d以内、抗生素类药物使用、中药注射剂的质量及是否合理使用、注射给药方式有关;ADR最常见表现为皮肤反应。结论应加强ADR的监测和ADR知识的宣传,避免或减少ADR的发生。
Objective To analyze the related factors initiating the occurrence and characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） for their rational use in clinic. Methods 189 ADR cases were collected from 2001 to 2004 in Zhejiang Provincial Tongde Hospital. All the cases were reported to the Monitor Center on Adverse Drug Reactions of Zhejiang Province and statistically analyzed. Results Among 189 cases of ADR,the reasons were found to be related to the older age of the patients,drug use duration less than 7 d,use of anti-infective drugs, the quality and rational use or not of injection fluid of traditional Chinese medicine,ways of intravenous administration. ADR were mainly manifested as skin respouse. Conclusion To reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR, monitoring of which and publicizing of ADR knowledge should be emphasized.
