摘要
目的:了解我院药品不良反应发生情况,促进临床安全、合理用药。方法:应用Excel软件对我院2008年收集的132例ADR报告,分别从上报科室、患者性别和年龄、给药途径、ADR出现时间、引发ADR的药品种类、ADR累及的器官或系统及临床表现、严重ADR等方面进行分类统计分析。结果:132例ADR涉及的药品有51种,抗感染药物居首位(91例,68.94%);头孢菌素类是引发ADR的主要抗感染药(34例,37.36%);给药途径以静脉滴注为主(98例,74.24%);ADR出现在用药2h内66例(50.00%);严重的ADR有6例;女性患者多于男性;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害最常见(37.17%),其次为消化系统(17.28%)及神经系统损害(15.72%)。结论:应重视ADR的监测和报告工作,以减少或避免ADR的发生,确保临床安全用药。
Objective: To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in our hospital in order to promote the safety and rationality of drug use in clinic. Methods: 132 ADR cases collected in our hospital in 2008 were classified and analyzed statistically by excel in respect of the reported department, gender and age of patients, routes of administration, occurrence time of ADR, drug categories, organs and systems involved and clinical manifestations, serious ADRs. Results: There were 51 kinds of drugs involved in 132 ADR cases, among which anti-infective drugs (91 cases, 68.94%) dominated the first, and cephalosporins (34 cases, 37.36%) were the main ADR-inducing anti-infective drugs. Intravenous drip (98 cases, 74.24%) was the main route of administration. 66 ADR cases occurred within 2 hours after medication (50.00%). There were six severe cases. Female were more than male. The main clinical manifestations were the lesions of skin and appendages (37.17%), followed by damages of digestive system (17.28%) and nervous system (15.72%). Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the monitoring and reporting of ADRs so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADRs and ensure safety and rationality of drug use in clinic.
