摘要
目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定葛根素注射液中葛根素含量的方法。方法 色谱柱为十八烷基键合硅胶柱,流动相:甲醇-1%冰乙酸(1:3),流速:1.2mL/min,检测波长:250nm。结果 在0.32~1.60ug检测范围之间,对照品微克数与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=2E+06X+33911、r=0.9999。平均回收率为99.82%,RSD=0.98%。结论 本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于葛根素注射液的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the determination method of puerarin in puerarin injection. Methods HPLC was used on ODS C18 column , methanol-1%glacial acetic acid (1:3) was used as a mobile phase .The detection wave-length was at 250nm . Results The detection range was 0.32~1.60ug. There was a good linear relationship between consistence and apex-area. The regress equation was Y = 2E+ 06X+33911, r=0. 999 9. The recovery of the added sample was 99.82%,and RSD:0. 98 %. Conclusion This method was simple and reliable, and could be used for the control quality of puerarin injection.
