摘要
目的：观察运用中西医结合专科护理方法对以趾底动脉为血供的组织辩游离移植修复手指组织缺损进行护理的效果。方法：在趾底动脉组织辩游离移植术后运用中西医结合的护理方法对患者进行手术后护理。结果：48例56指56块皮辩术后皮辩远端小部分坏死1例，皮辩存活47例，随访6-24月，患指外形、功能、感觉恢复满意。结论：运用中西医结合的护理方法能有效预防和缓解趾底动脉组织辩游离移植术后血管危象的发生和发展，提高组织瓣游离移植的成活率，促进患指的康复。
Objective Recently flaps transplantation based on the blood supply from plantar digital artery has become very common. Undergoing clinical observaton for flaps transplantation and reconstruction provided from plantar digital artery using the special sino - overseas nusing cmbination. It tesed on 48 cases,S6 fingers,S6 flaps. Method To take care of patients on the psychology and dining aspect with nursing care of sino - overseas treatment combination in the plantar digital artery flaps traspiantation after operation. Using this method to prevent and control arterial crisis, also combining effective functional training. Result In this group including 48 cases,56 fingers,S6 flaps in the situation of postoperative. Only one caseocurred be defect in the far - edge of flap＇s small section,others are alive. During the follw - up period of 6 -24 months, the rehabilitation of defect finger＇s shape, function, feeling is good. Conclustion Taking the nursing care practice of sino - overseas treatment combination can prevent and mitigate the development of arterial crisis after the operation of plantar digital artery prevent and mitigate the development of arterial crisis after the operation of plantar digital artery flaps transplantation, improve the alive rate of flaps transplantation,be effect oft defect finger rehabilitation.
