摘要
基于酸性介质中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的荧光性质,建立了一种简单、快速、灵敏、直接测定邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的新方法。在λex=282nm,λem=363nm时,该法线性范围为0.1~7.0mg·L^-1,相关系数,为0.9996,方法检出限为0、05mg·L^-1。应用于玻璃瓶和塑料桶装蒸馏水中邻苯二中酸二丁酯的测定,回收率为98%~105%。结果表明该法不仅简单、灵敏,而且可应用于实际样品的测定。
Based on the fact that the fluorescence intensity of dibutyl phthalate(DBP) at λem = 363 nm could be enhanced significantly in acid medium, a direct fluorescence spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of DBP in water sample. The linearity of the calibration curve for DBP was in the range of O. 1 -7.0 mg·L^-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 6. The detection limit was 0. 05 mg·L^-1. The method has been applied to the analyses of several types of water samples with satisfactory results. The recoveries were in the range of 98% - 105% and the RSDs were in the range of 1.7% -3.0%. The method is simple, sensitive and reliable.
