摘要
该文介绍了综合型、研究型的沸腾干燥实验装置的设计理念及开发思路,并将其应用于实验教学,教学效果显著提高.在开发研制中,将固体流化技术、数据在线测控技术与过程实时监控技术与装置相结合,开拓了实验装置向自动化、信息化和多功能方向发展的新领域.
In this paper, the basic concept and development idea, based on which an experimentally used fluidized dryer with the function of doing research work were built, are discussed. This equipment was used in experimental teaching, and the results were proved to be better compared with that of the conventional equipment. The equipment was developed by means of the integration of the techniques of computer on- line data- collecting and real- time supervision and control with the technique of fluidized drying. So it may be said that this work opened a new field of experimental equipment which characterizes as automatization, information and multi-function.
