摘要
骨桥蛋白是一种具有多种功能的磷酸化糖蛋白,其中含有特异的与细胞黏附及迁移有关的GRGDS序列。近年的大量研究证实,骨桥蛋白有助于许多肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移,是一种新的肿瘤标记物,对大部分肿瘤来说,它是肿瘤治疗的一个潜在靶点。
Osteopontin is a multifunctional phosphoprotein containing GRGDS sequence which functions in cell adhesion and chemotaxis. Recently, osteopontin contributes to tumour development, invasion and metastasis. It is a novel marker of tumour and can be used as a potential therapeutic target for the majority of human tumors.
