摘要
大学生作为高等教育服务消费者应该享有知情权,以便做出正确的消费选择,增强大学生与管理者的民主意识,提升高校的教育服务水平。但目前从法定的知情权到现实的知情权尚存在一些障碍。为了维护大学生的知情权,要努力拓广信息传播途径,更新管理观念,完善信息公开制度,加强信息监督,增强大学生的维权意识。
College students should have the Right-to-Know as higher education service consumers, so that they can make correct consumption choice, enhance the democratic sense of college students and administrators. Furthermore, it will upgrade the education service level of university. However there still exist some obstacles ranging from the legal Right-to-Know to the real Right-to-Know. In order to protect the Right-to-Know of college students, we should try our best to widen the channel of information transmission, update managerial conception, perfect the open system of information transmission, strengthen information supervision and heighten right sense.
