摘要
高校教师的高素质与历史使命,使其在大学生权益保护方面起着不可替代的作用,这种良性关系也是目前高校教师与学生之间法律关系现状的主流。但高校教师侵犯大学生权益的情况在一定程度上依然存在,需要对师生继续进行法治观念的教育,并构建相应的大学生维权机制。
College faculty’s quality and historical mission as educators make them irreplaceable in protecting the students’ rights. This favorable relationship constitutes the mainstream of the present legal relation between them and the students. However, to certain extent there still exist instances of faculty infringing upon the students’ rights. Thus it is necessary to carry on the education of legal concepts among college teachers and students, and to establish a corresponding system for safeguarding the students’ rights and interests.
