摘要
本文在深入分析了传统的大学英语课堂教学的弊端与教学现状的基础上,倡导继承传统的课堂教学模式中的可取之处,将阶段性自主学习与分课型课堂教学相结合,实现提高学生的语言应用能力和教学效果的目的。
This paper analyses the weakness and problems existing in traditional college English teaching and provokes to inherit the merits to form a new method of periodical learner - autonomy along with teacher - centered classroom. It further proves that division of learning levels and adoption of different curriculums can be effective in motivating students into better performance in foreign language learning.
