摘要
教师专业发展取向的发展已经过理智取向的教师专业发展、实践-反思的教师专业发展,及生态取向的教师专业发展。借鉴组织文化形成、维系及创新,学校组织有意识地积极创建学校教师专业发展文化以更有利于促进教师的专业发展。
The teacher's professional development orientation has gone through three different developmental types from rational, practical-reflective, to ecological. Through learning from organization culture including its formation, maintenance and innovation, a school organization may consciously take an active part in constructing a sort of school culture about the teacher professional development so as to further promote its teacherst professional development.
