碳化硅晶须增强ZL101A复合材料的热循环处理

摘要 研究了不同热循环次数对复合材料组织与性能的影响规律。性能测试结果表明,15~300℃热循环条件下,随循环次数的增加,SiCw/Al复合材料的拉伸强度明显下降,并且硬度略有降低。透射电镜观察结果表明,经1000次热循环后,复合材料界面处出现一些新相,破坏了循环处理前良好的界面结合。对复合材料拉伸断口的扫描电镜观察结果表明,热循环处理后复合材料拉伸断口处晶须拔出现象增多,说明界面结合强度降低。 The effects of themal cycling on the microstructure and properties of the composite were studied.The property test result shows that with increasing times of the thermal cycling between 15℃ and 300℃,the tensile strength of the composite greatly decreases,and the hardness of the composite slightly decreases.It was found by TEM that some new phases exist at the interface after the thermal cycling treatment by 1000 times,and it is considered that this kind of interfacial reaction made the interface bonding strength decreased.The tensile fracture surface of the SiCw/ZL101A composite was observed by SEM,and it was found that there are more pull-out whiskers on the fracture surface of the thermal cycling treated composite, and this result further proves that the interface bonding in the SiCw/ZL101 A composite is weakened by the thermal cycling treatment.
