摘要
5-L-孟氧基-丁烯内酯是合成多个系列、具有生理活性化合物的重要中间体.按现有文献的方法,其单一构型的一次性合成产率在25%左右.催化剂以NaHSO4代替H2SO4,以少量硅胶除杂,通过“浓缩-石油醚结晶(R构型),母液再反应”的方法,使S构型逐步转化为R构型.从而不但省去了水洗的麻烦操作,而且单一构型的合成产率可达74.5%以上.
5 -menthyloxy-butenolides is an important intermediate multi-synthesized and physiologically active. According to the methods recorded in existing literature, the yield of a single-formation synthesis is 25%. The catalyst H2SO4 is replaced by NaHSO4; silica gel is applied to impurity removal; S-formation is transformed to R-formation by the method of "condensation, petroleum ether crystallization (R-formation) and second mother liquor reaction". Consequently, the trouble of water wash is saved and the yield of single-formation synthesis is raised to over 74.5% .
