摘要
人力资本所有者是企业经营风险的重要承担者。如果人力资本不能用于专用性的生产投入,其所有者收入会大幅下降。企业经营风险会造成人力资本的巨大的“效用”损失,从而保证人力资本不会滥用和掠夺非人力资本。人力资本所有者在生产实践中形成专有的“默会知识”,这种知识是企业生存和发展的关键性的生产性资源,人力资本凭借专有的“默会知识”在企业剩余分配的谈判中居于有利地位。
The owners of the human capital are the important risk-takers of the finn. If human capital cannot be used for the specific investment, its owner's revenue will dramatically decreases. The failure of a finn could make the owners of the human capital lose a lot of "utility", which prevent the owners of the human capital from abusing the non-human capital. The owners of the human capital have learned "inarticulate knowledge" in the long practice. The knowledge is the scare and essential resource in the living and development of the finn. The owner of the human capital dwells in the advantage position in the bargain of the residue claim just for the "inarticulate knowledge".
