摘要
目的探讨依那普利与倍他乐克联合应用治疗左室舒张性心力衰竭的效果及安全性。方法82例左室舒张性心力衰竭患者,随机分为依那普利、倍他乐克干预组和对照组,对照组给与常规治疗,干预组在常规治疗的基础上加用依那普利和倍他乐克,随访6个月。结果干预组显效30例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率92.86%;对照组显效16例,有效10例,无效14例,总有效率65%;经统计学检验,uc=3.226,P<0.05。结论依那普利与倍他乐克联用治疗左室舒张性心力衰竭效果良好、安全,应该进行大规模、多中心、随机、双盲临床试验进一步验证。
Objective This study was designed to assess the clinical effects and safety of betalol and enalapril on the left ventricular diastolic heart failure. Methods 82 patients of left ventricular diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, In the theraputic group of 42 patients, we took metoprolol and enalapril curing left ventricular diastolic heart failure on the founda - tion of usual treatment. There were 40 patients who received usual treatment in the control group. The clinical effects and safety were assessed after 6 months. Results There was significant difference between theraputic group and control group（uc = 3.226, P 〈 0.05 ）. The overall effective rate was 92.86% ,significant improvement of 30,improvement of 9 and no effective of 3 in thera -putic group . The overall effective rate was 65% , significant improvement of 16,improvement of 10 and no effective of 14 in control group. Conclusions It suggests that betaloc and enalapril therapy have better clinical effects and safety on these patients who have left ventricular diastolic heart failure. This study should be a prospective, randomized, multicenter, doublblind clinical trial.
