摘要
目的：探讨无抽搐电休克治疗难治性精神分裂症住院患者的治疗效果，并对治疗中的相关问题进行分析。方法：将我院2004年7月～2005年9月接受无抽搐电休克治疗的85例精神分裂症患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：总有效率81．18％，显效率28．24％。结论：无抽搐电休克治疗精神分裂症有效，尤其是对抗精神病药效果欠佳的难治性精神分裂症仍然有较好的效果。
Objective：To explore the effects of modified electric convulsive therapy（MECT） on schizophrenia and to analyzed the relevant factors . Methods：The clinical data of 85 schizophrenia, who had received MECT. From July,2004 to September ,2005 in our hospital Were analyzed. Results：The total rate of effect tiveness Was 81.18%, The remission rate were 28.24%. Conclusion： MECT is effective in treating schizophrenia.
