摘要
1999年我国在外经贸领域实施“科技兴贸”战略以来,高新技术产品出口增长异常迅速,已成为我国对外贸易增长的引擎。在高新技术产品出口实现快速增长的同时,也逐步暴露出许多深层次的结构性问题,涉及到我国经济、社会、安全的各个层面。本文从研发投入与实际使用外商直接投资FDI对我国高新技术产品出口推动作用的实证分析入手,探究其对我国高新技术产品出口的作用,分析其中存在的问题,并给出相应的对策分析。
