摘要
近年来,地理信息系统(GIS)在气象业务系统建设过程中发挥越来越重要的作用。结合GIS的发展趋势,该文介绍了地理信息服务的基本原理与方法,并在此基础上提出了新的应用模式———服务集成在气象业务运行系统的建设框架,它主要包括了系统参与角色、体系结构、运行流程等方面的内容;并对一些关键技术问题进行了讨论与分析。
Geographic Information System (GIS) is an inter-discipline information technology used for storage, retrieval, mapping, and analysis of geographic data, and now increasingly plays a more important role in many special fields to construction information system including in the meteorological information system construction during the past years. The basic principle of Geographic Information Web Services (GIWS) is first introduced. GIWS is the Services Orientation Architecture (SOA) and adopts the Web Services technology, and will be the trend of new generation GIS. GIWS with freely deployment, transparent distribution, and independent platform brings maximal data share, convenient system integration, and easy software reuse to meteorological business system. Based on the GIWS, a framework of meteorological business system with this new application pattern is proposed, also the actors, architecture, components and process flow of this distribute system are discussed in details. The actors can be classified into three types: common user, supervisor and services provider. The main component of the framework is composed of services and recta-data register center, service deploymere, service finding and matching, service integration modeling, service execution engine, monitoring and client. The workflow of this system is as the following: firstly users use the client tool to describe the required GIWS, and then find these GIWS at service register center by service finding and matching tools. After finding these services, user can design the business process using service integration modeling tools including model design, precision test, and description tools. The model describes the GIWS integration execution sequence. When these GIWS are described as documents by service description language, the document can be sent to the integration engine to run.
