New Trends of Signal Processing of Ultrasonic Inspection in Coarse Grain Materials

摘要 在超声检测中,粗晶材料由于较大的噪声背景,严重影响着有用信号的检测,为了提高信噪比,文章介绍了几种新的粗晶材料检测信号的处理技术,包括相关技术、专家系统、小波包去噪技术以及神经网络技术,给出了几种技术的原理及应用,这些技术将推动超声检测信号处理技术向着实时和高效的方向发展。 During the ultrasonic inspection, it is hard to pick out the useful signal due to the strong noise background from coarse grain materials. Several new methods of signal processing were presented to improve the signal-noise-ratio of the materials, including correlation technology, expert system, wavelet packets noise reduction and neural networks. The principle and application for each method were introduced. It was shown that all these approaches make the signal processing technology of ultrasonic inspection more efficient and much in real time.
