摘要
小波分析是继傅里叶分析之后应用数学领域中一种新的分析方法。与傅里叶变换相比,它具有良好的时频局部分析特性和多尺度分析特性,广泛应用于信号处理、图像处理、机器视觉、地震勘探、天体识别、机器故障诊断与监控、CT成像等领域。由于焊接制造工业具有多种学科综合的特点,随着材料、机械、电子、信息、控制等学科的发展,使焊接技术有了长足的进步。焊接自动化、柔性化、机器人化、智能化是焊接技术的发展趋势。焊接过程中存在弧光、高温、烟尘、飞溅、振动、电磁场等干扰以及焊接过程本身固有的不确定性、非线性、强耦合性都是实现焊接过程智能化所需要解决的关键问题。小波分析技术凭借多尺度分析和时频分析特点,已经开始应用于焊接技术中。该研究介绍了小波分析理论以及在焊接中的应用。
Wavelet analysis is a new method in application of mathematics after Fourier analysis.In contrast with Fourier analysis,wavelet analysis has excellent time-frequency analysis characteristics and multi-scaling analysis characteristics.Therefore,wavelet analysis method can be applied in various fields such as signal processing,image processing,machine vision,earthquake inspection,machine trouble diagnosis and monitoring,and so on.Since the welding technology is with the integration characteristics of many subjects,it develops with the development of material,mechanism,electronic engineering,information,control.It is the current trend of welding technology that automatic welding,flexible manufacturing,robot welding,intelligent welding,etc.At present ,intelligent technology has become the research emphasis at home and abroad.The fact that existing disturbance,such as arc light ,high heat,smog,splash,oscillation,electrical field and magnetic field etc in welding progress and the fact that there is the intrinsic non-determinate,nonlinear,intense coupling among all parameters,are the key problems to be soloved to realize intelligent control.The wavelet analysis technology is appliled in welding technology.In this paper,wavelet analysis theory and characteristics applied in welding field are introduced.
