摘要
农村劳动力大量剩余成为陕西省经济发展的一大桎梏,因此解决农村劳动力大量剩余的问题具有现实意义.首先介绍了农村剩余劳动力转移的意义,其次分析了国外农村剩余劳动力的转移模式,最后结合陕西省农村剩余劳动力的现状,提出了陕西省农村剩余劳动力转移的建议.
A large quantity of surplus rural labour force has become one of the biggest economic shackles in the Shaanxi Province, therefore it is of realistic significance to resolve the problem of massively surplus rural labour force. Firstly the article introduced the significance of transfer of surplus rural la- bour force;Secondly several foreign transfer patterns of surplus rural labour force were analyzed;Finally some suggestions were proposed for transfer of surplus rural labour force in Shaanxi province,according to the actuality of surplus rural labour force in Shaanxi province.
