摘要
文章通过作者对新疆喀什棉纺织厂民族交往状况进行的实地调查,从维汉师徒之间的交往着手,对师徒关系的产生、数量的变化、交际的背景、日常生活交往、语言学习以及“称呼语”等方面进行了考察。作者认为可以用“跨文化交际”的观点对多民族之间,特别是不同民族师徒之间的交往进行文化上的解读。
The authors of the present paper made a field survey on the interaction among people of different nationalities in Kashgar Cotton Textile in Xinjiang. They went into the investigation from the relationship between Han and Uygur workers and their masters, analyzing the forming of the relationship between them, the background of their interaction, their daily interaction patterns, language learning and even the ＂addressing terms＂ being used. Then the authors conclude that we can have a better understanding of the relationship and interaction pattern among people of different nationalities under the guide of the principle of ＂cross-cultural communication＂.
