摘要
本文基于师徒关系视角,以国内外在华企业的中国高级管理者为研究对象,选取286个当前或曾经在师徒关系中扮演徒弟角色的有效样本进行实证分析,探索徒弟的职业期望与其领导效能的影响关系。研究发现,徒弟职业期望不仅对其领导效能有显著的正向影响,学习行为在徒弟职业期望与其领导效能的关系中起到中介作用;其中学习行为可以通过政治技能来影响其领导效能,验证了政治技能在学习行为与领导效能的关系中的中介作用。
In this paper,286 valid samples from China' s corporations are investigated empirically from the perspective of mentoring relationship, so as to explore the influential relationship between mentees' occupational expectation and their leadership effieiency. According to the statistical analysis, the paper concludes that :mentee' s occupational expectation not only has a directly positive influence on its leadership efficiency, but also affects it via their learning behavior;the learning behavior affects the leadership efficiency through political skills, that is, the political skills play a mediate role between learning behavior and leadership efficiency .
