摘要
两宋以前栽培葡萄及其酿造产地的扩展,是中国古代葡萄种植、葡萄酒酿造及葡萄文化经西域传播的重要内容。两宋以前葡萄种植、葡萄酒酿造经西域由西向东、由北向南、由京城地区向四周扩展。先秦时期,葡萄种植和葡萄酒酿造已开始在西域传播;秦汉时期,葡萄和葡萄酒产地在西域扩展,并向关内初步推进;魏晋南北朝时期,葡萄、葡萄酒产地主要在内地都城拓展;隋唐时期,葡萄和葡萄酒产地较快发展;五代辽宋西夏金时期,葡萄、葡萄酒产地广泛(尤其在江南)扩展。
It is the very important component for the growth of grapes, making of wine and the spreading of the culture of grapes of ancient China through the western region before the Northern and Southern Song Dynasties. Before this period, it was from the west to the east, from the north to the south, from the capital of the country to cities around of the growth of grapes and the making of wine. Before Qin Dynasty, the technique to grow grapes and to make wine began to spread in the western region, and then developed in the same region during the Qin and Han Dynasties, whilst beginning to spread to the central part of the country. It then achieved a remarkable development during the Kingdoms of Wei and Jin, and the Northern and Southern Dynasties. From then on in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the growth of grapes and making of wine had experienced a very fast development and spread widely to the southern part of China during the period of Five Dynasties and Liao, Song, Xi, Xia, Jin Dynasties.
