摘要
阐述了Intemet环境下高校图书馆信息咨询服务的内容和特点,分析了目前我国图书馆信息咨询服务存在的不足,提出了深化咨询服务的层次和质量的几项措施,包括提高信息咨询服务层次;加强信息咨询服务人员管理;拓宽信息咨询服务领域等。
The contents and characteristics of the information consulting service at a college library under the Internet environment was elaborated. The problems of the information consulting service at libraries in China were analyzed. And some measures to further the level and quality of consulting service were proposed, which include improvement of the level of information consulting service, strengthening the management of information consulting service people, and broadening the field of information consulting service, etc.
