摘要
阐述了在国际互联网环境下高校图书馆特色资源建设的意义,以及特色资源的构成,结合实践探讨了几种开发特色文献及开展特色服务的方式。
The significance of the characteristic references construction and the components of characteristic references in university and college libraries were explicated. And several approaches to the development of characteristic references and the provision of specific services were discussed in combining with the practices in our university.
