摘要
本文从纸浆的特定光吸收系数和纸浆的红外谱征的变化两个方面探讨了木聚糖酶的助漂作用。结果表明,木聚糖酶处理过程很少脱除吸附在纤维表面或是联接在纤维表面的碳水化合物,而在碱抽提过程中,这些与木聚糖酶的反应产物才真正脱离,光吸收系数也有明显降低。各预处理条件下纸浆的红外谱征变化不明显,没有新的吸收峰出现。相对吸收强度的变化也表明了木聚糖酶对漂白的间接促进作用。
The varies of special absorption coefficient and IR characteristics were discussed to show the aid bleaching of xylanase. The results showed that little xylan absorbed on fiber or carbohydrate linked to cellulose was removed out during xylanase pretreatment stage and these carbohydrate mainly were removed out during alkaline extraction stage, and this would lead to an obvious decrease in special absorption coefficient. The infrared spectrum varied little with the varied pretreatment conditions, while the changing of relative absorption intention indicated that xylanase have an evident indirect improvement on pulp bleaching.
