摘要
麦草浆在纸机抄造过程中,通常存在比木浆严重得多的粘辊、断头现象,人们常把这些现象归咎于麦草浆湿纸强度低和粘附力高。为改善麦草浆的抄造性能及成纸质量,本文研究了麦草浆的湿纸幅强度和湿纸幅粘附力的特性,初步提出一些可能改善麦草浆抄造性能的措施。
Straw pulp normally gives more serious sticking problems on the press rolls and more frequent web breaks at the wet end of paper machine than wood pulp, thus causing poor runnability in paper making. These problems are usually ascribed to low wet strength and higher adhesion to the press rolls of webs containing straw pulp. In order to find ways of improving the paper machine runnability and quality of paper containing straw pulp, factors affecting the wet web strength and adhesion of the pulp to press roll materials were investigated. On the basis of the results, measures to improve the runnability are suggested.
