摘要 针对当前知识管理研究对知识集成不够重视、研究远未成熟的现实,首先对知识集成的概念、意义与分类进行了分析和阐释;进而提出了知识集成的方法框架,并分别探讨了“面向应用层次”和“面向对象层次”的知识集成策略与方案,以指导企业知识管理的具体实施过程。 In current knowledge management (KM) study field, knowledge integration is extremely ignored, and many problems are to be resolved. In this paper, based on the fact mentioned above, the conception of knowledge integration, its significance and type, is firstly analyzed and expounded. Then, a new solution is put forward. And two strategies, application layer oriented and object layer oriented knowledge integration, are deeply studied and discussed. All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfilling process.
