摘要
企业核心竞争力内涵可以分为5个流派,它们共同的观点基础是知识乃核心竞争力之源。企业的核心竞争力具有4个基本特征,这4个特征与知识管理的4大流程有紧密关系,即知识的生成管理、积累管理、交流管理、应用管理分别支撑着核心竞争力的独特性、累积性、延展性和价值性。这个结论从本质上揭示了知识管理和企业核心竞争力的紧密关系。
The connotation of the enterprise＇s core competitiveness can be divided into 5 schools,their common point of view is based on the fact that knowledge is the source of core competitiveness.The enterprise＇s core competitiveness possesses 4 basic characteristics.These 4 characteristics are closely linked with the 4 major processes of knowledge management,that is,the knowledge＇s generation management,accumulation management,communication management and application management support the 4 characteristics of the core competitiveness respectively,namely,the unique character,the cumulative character,the ductility and the value.This conclusion reveals in essence the close relationship between knowledge management and enterprise＇s core competitiveness.
