摘要
本文设计了一种结合机器视觉和各领域成熟技术的自动检测系统,以实现符合行业标准的四环素族抗生素残留量检测。通过CCD器件采集图像后,进行自适应差分滤波预处理,采用改进的四叉树交叉熵分割算法进行准确快速的分析,提出多分辨率的圆检测算法精确检测抑菌圈直径数据,最后对数据建模统计,得到分析结果。实验证明,设计并开发的检测系统具有精度高、重现性高、操作简单、客观性强、专业性强等显著优点,可推广到其他的抗生素检验领域。
An automated acheomycin antibiotic potency residue detection and analysis system was designed in this paper, which is based on machine vision and other popular techniques. After acquiring disk images using CCD, the images are preprocessed using adaptive differential filtering technique. A novel segmentation algorithm based on object-oriented theory is applied to segment object area from others. A multi-resolution circle detection method is used to detect the diameter of the inhibition zone directly and accurately. The test data is processed using mathematic modeling and the analysis result is obtained. The experiment results prove that the proposed system features high precision, faster speed, high repeatability, simple operation and a strong background of specialty. It also can be used in other fields of antibiotic potency inspection.
