摘要
目的:分析不同年龄的下颌骨正中受力时,下颌骨三维有限元分布的差异。方法:选用儿童、中年和老年的下颌骨,采用螺旋CT扫描,M IM ICS软件建模,HYPERMESH软件划分单元,ANSYS进行三维有限元应力分布分析。结果:三种年龄下颌骨应力的分布状况基本相同,其最大的平均综合应力出现在下颌角;中年的下颌颈有应力的分布,但老年和儿童的下颌颈几乎没有应力的分布。结论:下颌骨应力的分布与骨折的发病率相关,不同年龄下颌骨应力的分布与骨折的高发年龄相关。
Objective ： To analyse the difference of the stress distribution during mandible to be forced at the midline. Methods： The mandibles of various age were scaned through CT and were put the data into MIMICS soft and were generated three-dimension models which were put into HYPERMESH soft and mesh elements. The finite analysis with ANSYS soft were carried out. Results： The stress of the mandible were not different with age and the greatest Von Mises appears at the mandible angles. There was the stress of the mandible neck at the adult and not stress of the mandible neck at the elderly and children. Conclusion： The stress distributions of mandible was related with incidence of fracture, and the more stress, the more fracture. The stress distributions of mandible with age was related with incidence of age of fracture too.
